Community Reporters

Community Reporters is an international network (six countries in Europe) of reporters, started in Manchester, England. The aim with the network is to enable and encourage people to find, record, produce and publish stories from their communities with the help of simple, readily available technologies. Changemaker has previously shared the educational concept with ABF but will now be conducting the courses by themselves. One course was conducted in collaboration with the Tenants’ Association in the Western Region (Hyresgästföreningen Västra Regionen). Community Reporters has a great potential as it creates opportunities for both individuals and communities to spread their stories and promote their ideas digitally.
