We are developing an interactive, participatory and digital platform in order to preserve, develop and pass on the available knowledge of weaving into the future.
We are cooperating with Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan and The Interactive Institute. By exploring and developing a platform in participation with the target audience the project aims to serve as a vibrant meeting place for weavers, be they amateurs or professionals; foster collaboration among various stakeholders that promotes and develops weaving and weaving, and introduces weaving to new audiences. In this project, we also want to test and develop new forms and ways of co-creation and participatory documentation, activities and experiences through innovative use of modern digital tools and techniques.
As part of the project FUNKTEK, aimed at making Göteborgs Stadsmuseum more accessible, Per Myrén at Changemaker was interviewed about making the whole city of Gothenburg more accessible for people with different functional variations.
