The Foodmaker Book

Foodmaker is an education and perhaps the beginning of a movement. The education has been tested and evaluated and started for the second time. Foodmaker is an on-going discussion and hand-on with creative food making, small scale cultivation, food activism and urban food supply. The first education was a success. That´s what happens when people with commitment meet, challenge ideas and try them out. The collaboration of Folk High School with a locally based provider made it sparkling. The Foodmaker Book is boiling pot, with thoughts, ideas, opinions, experience and know-how. Its an aspect of the first education, a contribution to the issues of sustainable urban food supply.
